Charles W. Engelhard, Jr. (1917 - 1971),"The Platinum King," was a leading industrialist and resident of Bernardsville, NJ. Learn about the lifestyle that inspired his friend Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond series of novels, to create one of his most notorious villains, Auric Goldfinger.
